land lord had previous problems wit bed bugs and obviouslt fail to get rid of them . i moved in tothe apartment thinking the problem had been resaolved come to find out the upstairs nieghbor has had them for several weeks to the point wer they wer out on ther floos in the day time . this was discoverd by me a week ago when i found them in my bed and had to go some whers else to stay after treating the small amount of close i took wit me who should b legaly responsable
