By john

I am renting a commercial building that is an auto repair station the heat hasnt worked in over a week now. I have told the landlord about the problem which is a broken part on the burner he asked me to call around to see how much it would be to get fixed I did but now nothing has really been done to fix the problem and I am losing business do to having no heat what should I do? Also is it his responsibility to take care of the problem or mine( cost to fix problem and making the calls to get the problem fixed)
