we just reached the end of our six month lease and are wanting to move for multiple reasons such as matinance never does the work orders we turn in we have had a drawer missing since we moved in we have had to put that work order in three times. our main toilet still dont flush right and now we are seeing bugs in the kitchen they havnt sprayed at all in the six months we have lived here i put in our thirty day notice on december seventeenth and had planned to move out on january fourteeth but the manager said we had to put the notice in on the first and fallow through till the end of january and we had to pay the month to month rent for january wich is almost a hundred dollars more then we usually pay. anyway the point of the question is if we go ahead and move can they give a bad report to the next landlord even though we did finish our lease and can they keep our deposit?
