Landlord out of control

My landlord put mulch down where I park my car.  I can’t step out on the right side without stepping in mulch/dirt.  I showed her the difficulties i’ve had since she put it down.

Her answer was, "okay I’ve heard enough, okay I get it your upset about the mulch, then she walked through it and said it was no problem stepping in it and her sandles did not pick up dirt and could not be dragged threw my apartment, and raised her hand in my face only 3 inches from my nose, her behavior was abusive and I really don’t know what to do.  Also a year ago I left this property came back after 3 weeks, she rasied my rent for the year by $2500 and said on August 1st 2011 it would go back down to what it was originally. the put it in writing but my copied seemed to dissappear.  I guess I want to know what a judge would say about this?
