Hey there! Didn’t you know that we have rights for minor repairs, that means it is one of our landlord’s responsibility to fix everything that makes our stay inconvenient. These aren’t huge problems for us to decide moving out, but you don’t just have to live with them right? First thing you can do is to approach your landlord verbally, and I suppose you have done that already. Next thing to do is to write a repair request, this will give you a chance to relate clearly what the issue really is. Articulate the problem clearly and point out why it’s necessary for the landlord to fix it right away. This letter will allow him to think it over without having to give you an immediate response. If this doesn’t work, you need to move forward by reporting your landlord to your local building or housing agency. They may be able to take action against your landlord. The least thing you want to do is to sue him if the third step will not work. Good luck on taking every step. Hope this helps. |

Lesson 1: Hi There. ! I have the skills to solve your problem is such a way as it actually makes you money. What you do is find an online Reputation Management Company, and you do a public analysis of what your complaint is worth, how much money would it take to make you go away, etc… How much would you like your rent reduced? $10.00 a month sounds fair to me, to put up with squeeking. I’ll would take have, you would get half, they would lose $10.00 a month, and you don’t have to spend your time saying bad things about them online in places such as Google Maps, where they let just anybody say just about anything about just about any business. If they do really bad things (like give preferential treatment in rent discounts) to certain people (and not others) because in exchange they get a discount on illegal drugs, well that’s an entirely different story. I’m a Reputation Managemet Contractor. That means I write these things for money. I interview people, get to the heart of their issue(s) and then I document them for possible future legal action. If not for my immediate client, then for possible selling it to someone else’s attorney for use with their client’s case. Say for example what might happen in the future to an apartment managment company that was staffed with people involved in the drug trade. Maybe a fire. Maybe someone gets killed. Or at least, really, really scared. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder type of scared, the kind you never get over. Major Settlement, if you can wait for it. Hire a guy like me, one that can accurately dramatize the consequences of someone hiring a retard to do a difficult job, where other people’s lives depends on their ability to manage the community in a responsible manner, instead of use it to fund their 3 year drug and sex party. Squeeky Floors is the least of their worries. They need to worry about me. Here, let me show you. And then, Let me show them. Lesson 2: Yes. The grafitti is really THAT important. |
