Bed bug problem Please help us….

hi I’m Thai student and now I being in work and travel program. I work as housekeeper in Chula vista , Wiconsin dells. about 2 week I found rash on my arms and leg and the I  found bed bug in my room  and my friend was bite too.  I already told people who look after housing  she said tomorrow I will sent housekeeping to your housing but nothing happened
Finally I have to caught one of bed beg to show her . after that she said on tomorrow I will send  pest control to cleaned our room and we have to pay 800buck !!! She said it my fault 
it come with you but I already take with people who used to work here and my friend who
used to live here they said this problem has been for two or three years before they came 
and now we was deduct 50buck in every  pay check . she said she already cleaned room 
before they came . how can i sure that ?  
and now my other friend  who live in other room used to found on but the scared to tell that because if pest control come they scare to pay 800 buck same us 
what should we do ? I never met bug like this in my country and Do you have anyway to help us please…..
