Move-In Inspection sheet did not provide at the beginning.

My landlord did not provide the Move-In Inspection sheet.

But in 5 days after moved into the rental house, 
I did submit lists of damages were noticeable to the landlord.
Is this too late to ask for the Move-In Inspection sheet?
If it is late, what can I do to protect myself from 
any problems at the time of Move-Out inspection.

Since it is still 5 days that you moved in and your landlord did not provide you the sheet, yes you can still ask for it. You have the right to do that. As early as now, you need to ask for it while you just moved in. You just need to make sure that you won’t be losing the Move in sheet, because you will be needing that for the move out inspection. Alright?? :)
