Hi Caroline, The most important part of any lease or property agreement, always go with written not verbal or oral agreement, if so mainly record it. Now you can have words with his family and ask them place for few days to keep yours mobile home, say them about the issue you will face like wind or any severe damage can occur if you keep your mobile home at unsafe places, or also can be a thief problem, as you and your husband is aware of this place so it will be safe. Try to also find on this site. http://www.rentalprotectionagency.com/free-landlord-check.php check for any landlord that can provide you with temporary shelter to keep your mobile home or any of that sort of help. Good luck |
