Construction Annoyance
By gwoka7
What are my rights as a tenant, having signed a lease on a condo where I was not informed that construction would be taking place for two months on two adjoining units? My quality of life has greatly diminished because of the caustic construction noise. I work nights, yet cannot catch up on sleep or accomplish anything at home during the day. Don’t I deserve a reduced rent or to break my lease because of this?
