i have been living at this place for over 6 month since the first week I moved in i been having lots of problems. They took them over 3 weeks to fix a sliding door that was half way open. (unable to turn ac on) Really loud place I complain to management all they told me their was nothing they could do about it but for me to take care of it by calling the police, when they have their handbook saying this is not allowed. They race renting, garage prices that last minute. They don’t give you anything to prove how much water are you using. They just type a letter telling how much you have to pay they charge per person times the square feet of the place you live, and of course they don’t have any backup for the total their charging you. They just change your water bill due date from the 9th to the 1st.
