moving out–pet damages

hi. i rent an apartment and i have a little dog. she does pee on the carpet but i was just wondering what they can and cant make me pay for.

If your dog pees on the carpet, you can expect to be responsible for full carpet replacement. Thats’ just one of the joys of owing a pet. (especially one that pees on the floor) |
