who is responsible for the extermination and hotel fees?
By Susan
Hi,
I’ve just rented a place on Columbia Pike in Arlington, VA, but I haven’t moved in yet, or been approved by the board yet. If I move into an apartment and it is infested with bed bugs, who is responsible for the extermination and hotel fees? In New York the land lord is 100% responsible, what about VA?
Thanks,
Susan

Hi Susan, My opinion is with you, Landlord need to do extermination whether its costing is more or less. And for hotel fees landlord is not responsible |
