Notice of rent increase??
By Shari
We live in Hardin County, Kentucky and need to know how much notice a landlord has to give for a rent increase. Is it 30 days like most states?

Yes, a landlord would need to give you 30 days to increase your rent. However, if it is only off by a few days, don’t expect much to happen. Either way, if an increase is given you do have right to move before the rent goes up. |
