i am trying to fill out a renters complaint and in reading what im writting i guess i have been submitting it in numerous times i have no case number.  do i need to begin another complaint or can someone help me find my old one in the system??? im in desperate need of help.

Every month I’m charged a monthly billing or processing fee just to pay my rent (by any means)? Basically, they are charging me $50 a year to pay them. It is in the lease, but that doesn’t make it legal? Is this really legal in Pennsylvania or anywhere?
