I can’t even get into the amount of problems we’re having with our landlord right now…but my biggest question is, can he advertise my house for rent if I’m living in it, signed lease and all?

My lease expires on June 30th.  My lease says I need to give a 60 day notice before moving.  If my lease is expired isn’t that the same as a notice?
