Who’s responsible for clogged sink/tub drain?

By Bill S.

Whos is responsible for a clogged sink and tub drain?  I called my landlord to tell him I needed a plumber to unclog drains.  I know it says in my lease that I am responsible for all repairs.  The landlord cam out and snaked the sink and unloosened the clog and told me to fill up the tub with hot water and then drain the tub.  That didn’t work.  I don’t know if I will call a plumber out if I will have to pay?
