When should I be notified, If a complaint has been filed against me?

By Donna

My apt. landlords, says she has had 3 disturbance complaints against me, I have never been notified of even one.  She also states that a courtesy officer has been to my apt twice (this also has never happened). When I asked her for dates an officer was at my apt. she stated; "I’m not going to argue with you". Do I have a right to know dates and times? Me and my roommate are fairly quiet people, so I want to know when these complaints were made, however I cannot get an answer.  She had the nerve to send me a letter, stating THIRD complaint, and if there is another one, I am evicted????
