what to do sick from mold

I have been renting an house since June of last year in Novemeber I became sick with ear infection then the flue went to my family doctor 2 time nothing else he could do . I got worse and then went to e r dizzy nubness in facethey told me I had fluid in behind eardrun etc…ear doctor gave me ear drops and 4 week later er again this time allgrie to mold smore pollen ect..Then my son blood work showed low white cellsand 3  months later low iron we all are ichty sore throuts. The landlord said he is painting it he refused to accet that there is a water problem they want to scrape it off the walls in the basement i am scared I will get worse I have never been sick like this for 5 months I do not have health insuranse it hard to get medical help. What can I do he has my money (sec deposit) to move if I leave he keep my money i need it to rent again , and also all the medical is on my credit now so my chances of getting a place are hard. I feel like this is killing me slowely..
