SPRAYING FOR ROACHES

By JODY REESER

When I moved in this house on day one there were roaches.  Then landlore after much complaining did spray but it did not help, I had to keep complaining and she did spray twice more.  The problem was never resolved.  They were falling out of refirg and coffee pot.  The problem is right back to where it was in the begining.  she will not spray again.  Is there a law which states it is the landlores responsibility to spary?

It’s the landlords responsibility to provide you with a safe and sanitized place to live in. He should have taken care of that way before you move in. Cockroaches and other pest infestation should be taken care of by your landlord, unless you’re the one who brought it in.
