snow removal whose job?

My landlady lives right next to us and her drive way is conected to ours. We own a snow plow and she has previously yelled at us to do her driveway too. She also complains about the way wer plow her driveway and also gets mad if we dont do it as fast as she thinks it should be done. Now is it even our job to plow our own driveway? Also she has just demanded we shoval off our roof of snow is this our job? She just demanded that we get the fireplace cleaned by a professsional is this our job? She has complained about how many cars are in our driveway does she have a say in how many cars we can have at our house? Our washing machine has been leaking for a long time. We told her about it 6 months ago and then it finally started leaking a ton and when we asked her to fix it she said she didnt have money and wouldnt do it. We told her we wouldnt pay rent until she has it fixed. She then got her friend to come over here and look at it. She also came along with her friend and brought 2 more of her lady friends to go around the house and say how things that were broken were our fault. Like the fan wont work cuz we must use it too much. The washing machine is leaking because we over fill it (which I know is wrong because I make sure my loads are small) I feel like it is wrong for her to bring her friends into our house that we faithfully pay her rent for on time ever month. PLEASE TELL ME MY RIGHTS??? Also she told us we used our fireplace too much and she didnt want us to use it anymore. Can she tell us that?
