served with foreclosure papers
By tony grivnovics
I was served with foreclosure papers on the property I am renting. The landlord told me that he stopped making his mortgage payment to force the bank to modify the loans!!!!
I recently renewed my lease for one year. The landlord knew at that time he was in trouble but signed the renewal anyway. The landlord stated that there was no way he could get the loan modification.
he basically is stalling for time. I do not know what to do. I tried contacting the law office listed on the papers but they have not returned my call or emails.
