I have been living in same house ffor four years and I have been dealing with a shittiy landlord. When we need repairs for the house it takes him weeks to respond or even months to send out someone who can repair something. One of my biggest problems who pool  need repairs and we and hundred of gallons of water have been leaking out of it. We have been dealing with theis specific problem for two years now, our water bill is so high from us having to replace the water in the pool and the landlord does not care. We called the landlord several time and it has always taken him about two weeks or so to repond back and when he does it barley has any impact. He’ll finallly send someone out to "fix" the problem but in a few day the pool is still draining. This is not the fist time he gas pulled this, We have told him about other thing that need repairs but he has done nothing about them, instead he is either overseas or to busy. I need to know is this legal what he is doing? Is their anything I can do to legally to make some changes? I need help and it is falling on deaf ears. My family has ppoured thousands of dollars into this house not in repairs but in bills and it is taking its toll financially. And now my AC unit is out in the middle of summer.
