problem with landlord repais

Hi

My problem with my landlord is that I originally did my rental agreement with a realty comp that work with the home owner I have been calling and sending them e-mails about my repairs which there is mold in the home on the ceiling of my kitchen and bend room the only two windows in the unit do not work they don’t stay open so there is no way I can ventilate my unit my daughter has asthma and the mold is causing to have asthma attacks there is also no smoke detector in my unit at all after calling and sending e-mail my what was my landlord advice me they do not manage the unit anymore and she was going to see if she can give me the owners information 2 weeks latter she gives me the owners information but I have called and no call back the rent is due now and I have no idea were to send it too now can i hold my rent until this is repair
