Possible eviction
By Ginger Tea
I am renting an Apartment in San Bernardino, California. My rent is late and I went to pay it and was told I have to pay an additional $650. for attorney’s fee, since there is an eviction proceedings being file against me. I requested a copy of the eviction notice with the fees to be paid and was told everything is with corporate office. Also, I was told to wait until I receive the notice. I would like to know if I have any legal rights in this case and some advise and steps to take.
Thanks for your help
