Can a landlord impose late fees on a late fee, if the late fee in the beginning was for late on rent. I paid the rent, but still owe the late fee.
I’ve been charged for carpet padding and tacks but they said they can not charge for the carpet because its been over 5yrs (6.5 total) so my question is if its not my responsibility for the carpet how can I be responsible for the padding or tacks?
