Can my landlord enter my property without notice in Indiana.  And if he does can I change my locks without giving him the key?  I have not rental agreement.  I rent from my cousin and it its her husband who enters the property whenever he wants to. Usually when Im gone.

Who pays for bed bug treatment in the apt as per maryland’s law
