We signed a 30 day notice to vacate, but missed our final inspection date which was the same date we were suppose to vacate. We were one day off, our mistake.  The landlord changed the locks and refused to let us in to retrieve our belongings and clean the apartment.  Is that legal?

forgot to collect money
