Noisy neighbors

Hi,

I live in a small 4 plex apartment. I am in the bottom apartment and their is a neighbor above me who recently moved in that takes care of her grandkids. Friday she had 7 of them over during the day and they started pounding on the ground, moving furniture, rolling stuff on the kitchen floor at 9:30am and didn’t stop until I left at 5pm. I have asked the land lord twice now to talk to them about the noise and I believe she has because they will quiet down for a while. I had told her about the noise last night and asked if their should be 1 adult and 7 kids in the apartment and told her about the noise. Her response was she can put me on a wait list for a different apartment. I asked what would that do to resolve the noise problems currently happening and she said that’s all I can do. What would be my next step in trying to make them stop?

Noisy Neighbors

I am having a huge issue with my upstairs neighbor. I live in a one bedroom apartment and the one upstairs is the same layout. There is only supposed to be one man living up there, according to the office. Instead there are two, sometimes three women and anywhere from four to six kids. the noise keeps me up at night and the noise and trash all over my porch during the day is driving me crazy. Please understand , these are not regular kid noises. This is blood curdling screaming , throwing big toys down the stairs. ,jumping off of the furniture upstairs. All day! I have complained to the office several times. A woman even told me that they would go over personally. I was also told that they were told to leave. I called again yesterday when they were playing basketball on the wooden patio upstairs and pulling a wagon up and down the stairs. It has become apparent that they have friends in the office. When I called yesterday, I told the woman to come and see for herself. At this time there were four kids and one adult playing on the patio. They said they would send someone to take pictures. Almost immediately after I called the woman upstairs began to tell her kids to pick up all the trash and toys and go play at the park. I am at my wits end! Any advice on what to do would help immensely.

My neighbors are extremely noisy especially for 5pm to 2am in the morning… they stomp, run, jump, yell, have tv up loudly, and seem to have no respect that someone with children lives under them. I have asked them several times to lower the noise more so after 10pm on sunday thru thursday i have 2 children and they have to sleep. on the weekends if they could be aware that noise should be lowered at least after 12am…. with no avail this hasnt worked.

i have this neighbour that just moved here i think about 5 are 6 months ago and all she do is slam her front door everytime she leaves her and her boyfriend she slams the cabinets also in the apartments i told the manager and all she said was she works at nights and i told her she don’t work everyday and left it at that now a couple of days ago she had i guess friends are family members over and they had small kids they was comming out the aprtment and the kids started knocking and banging on my door and they did not tell them nothing so how do i deal with that oh i can’t forgot this one evrtytime i take a bath are a shower she starts knocking on the wall i don’t know what to do how do i handle that?

How to deal with noisy neighbors in an office complex ?

I am a counselor, and a year ago we got new tenants in the office next door to my office. The new tenants put up 4 huge  fans on the walls that my office is on the other side of. The vibration from the fans rattles my walls and pictures on my walls and it is like trying to counsel in an office where a lawn mower is going all day. We have talked to the management company and the tenants but nothing seems to help! Any suggestions on how to deal with noisy neighbors in an office complex ?
