If i do not have a lease can my landlord enter my residence at will and go through everything i own? After 1 yr of no lease, on time rent, they now want a lease…I have been told they get u to sign a leasse then find something to evict you and then they sue you for the balance of the lease..they get the money and you are homeless..Do i have to sign a lease?
