No early termination clause.
By Dude
I have just moved my family to Seattle, WA from the East Coast based upon receiving a certain job. Now that certain job is not working out, the company has decided to let people go. Lucky me, after 2 weeks I am being let go. My lease agreement has no early termination. The term of my lease is 11 months. There is nothing written about termination. I did give them a security deposit. Does anyone know how this is handled in Washington State?
