no a/c for 81/2 year old & 2 1/2 year old for one to two weeks.

I,m writing in behalf of my daughter who lives in albuquerque. She called the land lord to get her a/c fixed and was told it would take about 1 to 2 weeks for them to come & check it out. She has two babies. 8 months old and 2 1/2. where do I complain to get faster service before something serious or life threatning happens to my little grandchildren.
