new renter

iol so I have a son that has been sick due to mold n the last two apts we have rented from and I cannot get the landlord to fix that and a live wire in the attic I have given him 2 mts to fix these problems I didn’t kno till jus today I needed to notify him of the ic 32-31-86 first and he is trying to evict me due to non payment but for three mts I’ve been living without electris in part of the kitchen with plugs hanging over the sink with a live wire the mold 4 mts with mold and noticed it within 2 mts due to where it is located he has bn here to kilz the mold over top of saging subfloor that I can put ny finger through and a hole from the inside the house to the outside the size of a window with a thin board nailed with two nails and have been living with bugs due to the fact he hasn’t been back to finish the job that includes the electric, hole in the wall, live wire, mold and bug proble,s so I didn’t pay him this wk due to the way I am living and that I have given ample time to fix and have made him aware that myself and ppl that come over are geeting sick he blames thes problems on me and says he wants to evict me and when I tell him ok he doesn’t seem to want to go to court and txts lol jus move how professional help plz respond
