Neighbour parking car in front of my house gate and owner does nothing

I don’t know if they do this my knowingly or unknowingly, many a times.. for god sake.. his old car maybe having a leakage at the bottom somewhere in engine… which all runs down and spills over my front of gate .. even he says it happens can’t do anything in that, he is trying his best to repair it but always get some or the other problem in car.. I asked him if it gives such a problem.. he can sell it or replace it.. To my shock he says… can’t sell it because his wife would beat him up.. as this car of him which is problem for us at any a day in a week is given by her wife’s father to him during their wedding ceremony occasion. I took up this with my landlord as well, he had few discussion with them but completely ignores my problem as he do not stays here.. he will have it cleaned up.  I don’t know if he must be doing this purposely by using them.. Because he many a times told us that he has got tenant who are ready to pay him more then what we are paying him in rent, even though in a contract we have wrote that our tenancy is for complete 1 year and to complete that 3 more months are remianing. Please let me know any solution or what do i do with this terrible problem of mine.
