neighbor complaing

hi my name isdiane i live in newjersey just moved in an apt in dec of 2010 alone, just a week ago my daughter 19 and her baby 1years old had to move in with me cause of boyfriend they were living together and he told herhe was moving out of their place and didnt wantto be with her anymore, so she moved in with me over a week ago, with baby, i live upstairs so my grandaughter is going thru some aniety living in my place  not her house not her bed so she has been up almost everynite crying and if my daughter is not home till later at nite she really freaks out,, ifeel bad i try to get her to sleep but sometimes she just wants mommy not grandma. they have no other place to live either, my parents live in florida and i have one brother also in florida, iam the only person she has, my daughters father is not in picture also since 2, so she is on her own.. even she is having problems is hurt over this and was living with the baby daddys for a while and now she has to be with me . anyway the people downstairs have no kids and everytime ava cries or walks or makes noise they freaken  bang on the wall… last nite it was 930 pm. its pissing me off bad and i need to know what are my rights as a tenant paying 1000 a month for rent have… their is only 12 units and the people down to the right of me have two kids, and the a girl over to left of me also top floor has a 5 year old and does not have problems with her tenant at all… so what do i do about this should i tell them off? make a complaint ? its one bedroom with a dinning room kitchen living room. again it was just me who lived there and on the lease cause at time she was still living with the bABYS DAD.. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO.. IWORK EVERYDAY TILL 9 PM EVERYDAY SO IM NOT HOME TILL AFTER 9. CAN MY LANDLORD TELL ME I HAVE TO MOVE OUT OR SHE HAS TO GO? SHE HAS NO CAR JOB  MONEY OR NOTHING RIGHT NOW ..
