My landlord gave us no checklist

My landlord gave us no checklist upon move it and required a security deposit. He's now blaming us for things that were wrong upon move it. We have broken glass on the floor, broken windows, mold under the sinks, the kitchen sink doesn't hold water, there are loose window panes, the oven doesn't work...and he doesn't care he acts like he doesn't have to take care of it any time soon and I'm about to take him to court. Can I call in a health inspector or something? I've been here less than 2 weeks and everyday I find something new. Emergency issues that he ignores.
