major problems

Hello, My family and I have a serious problem were we rent. We moved in on feb 19th 2013 and have been getting bit by bedbugs abd spiders. There are many other problems here, the ceiling is falling and there are many different kinds of bugs. I had to go to the hospital for the bites and even a allergy doctor. We took pictures of the bites and told the landlord and he said its not my problem. and that we were turning into white trash. I have no were else to turn im disabled and have a 9 month premature baby. my grandmother, mother, brother and father live with me. we are so drained and his mother works at the health department. Last summer I was told that this whole street  was infested with bedbugs and the landlord claims  he didnt know. what should I do. He never gave us a copy of the lease and never took care of the bugs.
