legal question about bed bugs
By john
Unfortunately, we have a slight problem with bed bugs. We’ve been getting sprayed and bug bombed,(the land lord has paid for this). My question is, is it legal for the landlord/management to tell other tenants who have bed bugs that they probably got them from my apartment when they visited us? The management goes as far as to mention my wife and I by name. We have been getting sprayed for approx. 3 months now perhaps a little more. Thank you.
