Landlord wants money

Hello- me and my boyfriend rented a mobile home from a 67 year old lady.  The mobile home was on her 12 acres and her house was directly in front of the mobile home.  We could not stand this lady, as she is a pyscho.  Always watching us, going outside when we were out there, opening up her windows so she could hear our conversations, just crazy stuff.  Well my boyfriend decided he had enough- so we moved out at the end of month 5 of a 6 month contract.  We wrote her a letter telling her she could keep the deposit.  Well we cleaned and took all of our possessions out of the mobile home. 

She wrote him an email saying that we owe her $228.71 for repairs!! We did NOT in any way do such damage to her property. We cleaned it (I didnt want to but I did) took all of our things out.  The only thing that was damaged was a screen window and then there was a hole in one of the door screens as well.  One of the plastic light fixtures had a crack in it as well.  I think total that would be like $50 – so I just want to know if there is any legal action this old lady can do to us? Or what kind of reprocussions can she enforce?
