Landlord evicting over asking about black mold.
By sandra
My son and his family are being evicted. They have told the Landlord about black mold in the house and he has said it is due to their cleaning. They recently had a baby, which was taken to the baby hospital due to breathing problems. My son’s girlfriend asked him before about the mold, he denied it. He has been sued by the last denants over the mold. What should they do?
