is it possible to break a lease halfway through?

*9 okay so i moved to colorado from wisconsin and i found an apartment for rent well i have had multiple problems here my a/c did not work after reporting it to the office multiple times, it still is not fixed, my car was broken into but they said they could not afford to put a security camera in the parking lot but they just recently put a redbox in our lobby. My laundry was stolen from the community laundry room and once again they said they could not do anything about it. Our water in our shower broke and was running for a week straight, we informed them about this as soon as we could not shut it off, they said it would be 24 hrs but a week later it finally got fixed, we went a week without hot water. We had a complex wide bug infestation and instead of informing everyone who lived in the building about it they waited till we found the bugs ourselves. it has been 4 weeks and we still have roaches. all these things add up and i cannot stand to live here aymore i have a 8 mnth lease and december is my 4 mnth point, is there anyway possible to break this lease?
