I need HAWT WATER!!!!!!!

I moved in to these apts back in October 2011 and not even a week later the hot water goes out. I notified the office and they stated that the problems would be fixed. So i let it go and let them do there job. Come the following week still no hot water. I continued to complain and the continued to give excuses after excuses til i finally decided to stop going in the office to complain. Months go by and not just me that dont have hot water but almost EVERYONE which is very sad, because they just deal with it. Not me oh no. I am so done with these mo.f.o.s that right now at this very moment i am trying to get out of my lease with out getting a broken lease and the #1cause to do that is the complex is not providing hot water. My 5&6 year olds cant take baths anymore they have to take showers just so they wont sit in a tub full of cold water. I’m in and out the shower as quick as i get in, we wash our faces by warming our towles in the microwave, and laundry and washing dishes are another story for another persons ears. There are busted water pipes and water puddles throughout the complex which is probably the main problem. And the sat part about my whole story is that we pay a water, gas and sewage bill along with the rent every month!

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!SOMEONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
