Horrible landlords ( the owner are 4 but 3 of them horrible people)

I have problem with owner are 4 member families. since my Uncle was manager for long term and pass away pass to us to be manager actually the owner only one person to charge handle this property where I live at this time. but the other 2 ladies owner show up last summer in 2010 and asked for keys, and also did tresspass without let us notice for last minutes. keep harressing. and took picture this area property and treating us very rude which we been loyal thier Uncle, cuz thier Uncle was best friend of my Uncle. I was shock for who they are which didnt look like thier sweet Uncle ( former Judge). I dont know what are we going on to do cuz I went to see 4 or 5 attorney for sue the owner and seem attorneys are thier side of Owner not us as (renter rights). they been doing out in the law also they does not have experience as ( manager of this property) we do, we learned by thru my Uncle’s way should be and respect for other tenants. I have a lot things been thru this horrible house have not fixing anythings like roof, kitchen, bathroom, living room, even electric old wire. there more. we do paid for repair roof, plumber pipe, some of them. and what we got ? they dont appreciate for us to do anythigns repairs our pocket money. I think it’s unfair! the Owners have thier home very fancy place as location location location near by Rose Bowl. we live here horrible and we so much patience living this home. we do oral agreement mostly. and the owner ladies took over our title ( manager) so we are no longer without any formal letter to inform me by the charge owner. even never show me thier ID if that real owner ladies or not. all mixing up and bother to visit our home. seem they are not professional people that sadly they live fancy place but doesnt have any Manner as polite or education. we haven’t respond any bad or rude, just told them it was wrong. but I’m glad found this program just recently few min ago, I’ll file complaint report about them cuz we live this house by generation by my Uncle. I’m 5th renter same to them owner pass by families member owner. I need your advise (urgent help) we do not have any contract of this property as renter which mostly agreement oral. where are my rights as renter ? and title as manager experience. any further ahead to be prepare.

I would not accept if they want us to move out with $$$$ I’m count from 1924. please give us advise what s best suggestion for us.
