heater is broken all winter so far

who do i have to call to get my heater fixed in my apt. i have been without heat all winter so far and right now it is 20 degrees outside and it is 58 degrees inside my apt???

Hello Pete. Have you tried talking to your Landlord about this issue that you have with the heater?If yes, then then there was no step taken to resolve this, RPA can help you fix your problem with your Landlord. All you have to do is go to their filing of complaint section and pay the one time $35 payment. You will be given a case number and be assigned to an officer who will help resolve your concerns.
