Harassed by Apartment Complex office/manager

Since my disabled husband my son and I moved into our apartment complex we have been falsely accused of multiple things.  The first occurance was less than a month after we moved in when the property manager accused our dogs of barking non stop she lied and said that she stood at our front door listening to this only to have to retract that statement the next day after our neighbors went to the office on our behalf because it was NOT our dogs barking it was someone elses who just did not have there pets on the lease.  The next incident came less than a month after that when the office put a typed complaint and fine notice on our door less than 5 minutes after my husband got in from walking the dogs, once again this was retracted when my husband brought the plastic bag with our dogs poop in it up to the office.  The next occurance happened a couple months later when we were accused of noise and parties and once again we were found to be innocent in that as well as it was another building over from us that had the party and the police verified that one. The next issue we had with them was a few months ago when my husbands grandma died and we were unable to bring the remainder of our rent up to the office before it closed and the next day when we did they would not accept it and took us to court.  During that issue the assistant manager and the regional manager came to our apartment to give us a letter informing us they were going to evict us my husband who once again let me mention is disabled tried talking to them and they accused him of spitting on them which he did not and we have witnesses to prove that I then stepped into the conversation explaining my husband was very ill and disabled and unfortunately sometimes when he talks he does spit a little but its not on purpose.  They then  told me that they were going to call the cops on my husband and then the regional manager went on with the conversation telling me she does not care if he is disabled everyone has problems and she doesnt care about them and then laughed when I explained that he had a large mass on his brain. After that I went inside and contacted the main office and the police were not called and they were told to leave us alone….that did not last.  Now once again we are being accused of noise disturbance for smoking in the breezeway and once again are being threatened that if they get another complaint they will give us a 10 day eviction notice.  We have not had any parties nor been loud or disruptive during quiet hours, we have never had the police called for any disturbance and we have several neighbors that will vouch for us…is there anything that we can do to fight back? Can we file a suit against them for this?  Also we have had several requests for repairs in which they will not do.  We have had a hole in our floor, a leaky fridge, spider issues, dishwasher heating element is out and that is just to name a few of the repairs that we have asked to be made.  Please help me before I go crazy.  Thank you
