fumed out for the night
By james Schulenburg
My landlord decided to resurface the basement apartment below my apartment. My apartment is now overwhlemed by fumes from the chemicals used. My family and I can not sleep here tonight nor probably tomorrow either. Can I have my landlord pay for the hotel we have to stay in?
