Fleas infestation+?

On April 5,2011 I transferred to new unit on the same building.  I move in, the bathroom,tolilet,facet and shower not working properly and damaged blinds..Then my dog was constantly leaking her pows and scratching & so does the other two pets were full of fleas. I was removing twenty-fleas -a-day from my dog. I was getting bites I thought it was from spires or ants .There were a lot of this insects…I was now sure the place -infested with fleas on carpet from pass tenant…It will be three months and I gotten no reponse from the office manager nor Property Supervicer;I sent him three e-mails one I am asking for two months rent-free..Plus the repairing of things above .And of course, replacing the carpet.I removed the old-carpet with the fleas..Three weeks into the fleas studio I fill-out the work order on the bathroom problems. Because without the form nothing gets fixed..But on my second day living with fleas I told the maintance gay of the issues on the bathroom ;but two weeks went buy and no show of him: Because I was to stop by the office write down the work order.
