Can my landlord do thos

By bernadette

This is the first time I have ever lived in a  mobile home park.  I have previously rented apartments and owned my own home.  Last year I bought a mobile home that was in a mobile home park, for convenience I decided to stay in the park.  I signed a lease that stated the rent to be $275 a month, plus $10 a month for dogs.  In her 5 page lease, it said that I would have to pay $50 a month to pay for my son.  I told her when I read it that I would not pay that.  He is living in my trailer, doesn’t drive a car and is disabled (asperger).  He is 27 years old.  She told me not to worry about it. I paid the $285 a month for the past 9 months.  Now she has decided to ‘enforce’ the aggreement when that was not what we verbally agreed.  Is there any thing I can do about this.  I am trying to find the government agency to handle this because I would rather give them the money to hold.  If any one has a way to solve this problem I would appreciate it.
