Being denied rental history
By Diana Hunt
I line in Texas and have a problem with my current landlord. My husband and I are getting divorced and I need to move. We have lived here five and a half years- have never been late on rent, no problems, etc. The landlord refuses to give rental history to the aprtment complex I applied to so my application is on hold. He has been asked repeatedly with no response. Is there anything I can do? HGe very well understands that I cannot move without this.
