Ant infestaiton
By Rainy
We just rented a house that is FILLED with ants. They have sprayed but not working. I asked for a reduction in first months rent. What can I legally do? They deemed the house inhabitable, but I am talking 1000’s of ants. Who is responsible for this? Should the renting agency have disclosed this?
