WoRST lANDLORD EVER….I NEED SOME JUSTICE

i have lived here for over a year been nothing but a perfect quiet tenant . my landlord is on drugs and out of her mind. i have some much things that need to be fixed. and she wont fix anything. she has never fixed not one thing with this house. my sink and bathroom sink needs to be fixedn my heater needs to be fixed, also the kitchen sink is broken. and now i found a bed bug. and i cant get her to do anything. im still waiting for the bored of health to come here but been waiting a month and half now. i still give her the rent every month but i dont want to this time untill she fixed things..also now i have mice ……please i need help ……i had to call cops on her and her husband one day cause he took my stuff that was in celler and throw in garabage than took my valubles . i got it back only cause of the cops. i live in new bedford ma, please what do i do???????????
